Are all EAU CLUB pieces versatile?
Yes. All our products are designed to be enjoyed by the pool, bath, beach, and beyond.
We believe towels can be travel blankets, robes double as outwear, and beach blankets serve as bedding... etc.
Ultimately, the idea being, to create memories with each piece in various locations, over the course of time. In short, we call this seasonless.
What makes EAU CLUB a conscious brand?
We are conscious about our designs, sourcing, manufacturing, and packaging. We do our very best to seek organic & natural fibers, source sustainability, and use recycled materials. We work with local partners whenever possible, in addition to keeping a majority of our manufacturing local to New York. All our manufacturing is also of ethical standards and wages.
When it comes to partnerships, we take the same approach when choosing who to work with.
What makes your robes different?
From the fit to the finishings, each detail is carefully considered. The linen is of durable weight (similar to denim) as robes are meant to be enjoyed year round and for years. Similar to your favorite pair of jeans, with each wear, the robe gets better (and softer) with time. Truthfully told, we don’t believe an investment piece should turn sheer or only last a season.
Lastly, the fit is slightly more tailored than an average robe due to its intended versatility. This is a piece that should make you feel confident at home or poolside. Beyond the water, the Collie Robe can be styled as a trench…and yes, a wrap dress.
Where is EAU CLUB sold?
EAU CLUB is currently available on our website, in addition to select boutiques & hotels within the United States. We take a curated approach to our partners, aligning with those who are passionate about design, emerging designers within the industry, and considerate about sustainability. We also ship internationally.

What are the product names inspired by?
Our founder’s loved ones.
The robes in memory of her childhood best friend, the towels after her boyfriend and his endless support, and the blanket, after her sister, who often and so kindly lends a helping hand. (Yes, her mom, will get a piece soon).
Do you provide gift notes & wrapping?
Handwritten cards are complimentary. Details available upon checkout.
We do not do specifically gift wrap, but please know, each package is hand assembled with all details accounted for. Essentially, our packaging can stand alone as a gift. We’ll also remove the receipt if a gift note is requested upon checkout.
Do you provide gift cards?
Not at this time.
What is your return policy?
Our policy is 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Kindly note, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

Do you provide refunds (if applicable)?
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
When does my order ship?
Orders typically ship the next business day. Orders placed Friday-Sunday will ship out Monday.
